What's the minimum booking time?
Two hours on our Luxury Sedan / Crossover / SUV tiers, three hours on First Class Sedan / SUV, and four hours on the Luxury Sprinter Van.
Does the same chauffeur stay with me?
Yes — the same chauffeur and vehicle remain assigned to you for the entire reservation. They wait between stops, ready when you are.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?
A 20% gratuity is included in your fare. Additional appreciation is at your discretion.
